TILE Accelerator- Reinventing the Classroom and the Toilet with Engineering Instructor Craig Just

Description: 

Engineering faculty, Craig Just, will share strategies he has used to encourage students to take control of their learning in a TILE classroom. Participants will explore best practices for student-centered learning.

Mr. Just has been an active TILE Fellow since the program's inception. He has transformed classes including Introduction to Sustainability and Design for the Developing World.

Accelerators are monthly sessions focusing on specific areas of applied TILE practice, such as enhanced technology training, student assessment and course transformation. Accelerators also provide instructors with one-on-one consulting opportunities with Student Instructional Technology Assistant (SITA) and the Center for Teaching staff.
