About AmyRuth McGraw

AmyRuth is the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the American Sign Language program and an adjunct assistant professor for the Theatre Arts Department. She holds an MFA in Theatre for Youth from Arizona State University, a BA in Theatre from Oberlin College, and an MA in Interpreting Studies from Western Oregon University. 

AmyRuth spent 4 years as the Associate Director of Education for Geva Theatre in Rochester, NY. She has performed, interpreted, and taught for Sunshine, Too, an outreach project of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. AmyRuth is a certified member of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and has interpreted in community, educational, and performance settings in Iowa, Arizona, New York, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area since 1993.
